1. Why is artificial intelligence and SaaS related?

Artificial intelligence enriches the characteristics of cloud computing services and makes them more consistent with the needs of specific business scenarios. Using NetEase as an example; NetEase is a Chinese music app that looks similar to Spotify. It is a cloud service that can filter more than 100 million spam messages for the internet in a day, which can also help customers save more than 100 million dollars in a year. By using cloud services and artificial intelligence, NetEase is popular among Chinese customers.

2. The relationship and obstacles between artificial intelligence and SaaS:

With the rise of artificial intelligence, its application fields are also increasing. Artificial intelligence can improve work efficiency, avoid the occurrence of human errors, and make significant contributions to the development of society. However, in the process of development, artificial intelligence is facing problems of growth and expansibility. The development of artificial intelligence relies on massive amounts of data as the basis to analyze the diversified processing tasks. For example, in management systems, cloud computing can analyze scientific classification and statistics of managed data. In the development process of artificial intelligence, it must rely on a solid computing background, platform, and knowledge theory. 

3. A new era of teaching:

The new generation of artificial intelligence theory and technology has developed rapidly. The open artificial intelligence platform combined with big data and cloud computing technology constitutes the infrastructure supporting the new artificial intelligence applications. Deep learning, reinforcement learning, and knowledge graphs intelligent technology provides a theoretical foundation and tools for data center management. Now let’s dive in to an example. In the “artificial intelligence and education” era, artificial intelligence can combine technology with schools and teachers. Through human-computer collaboration, AI will assist teachers in their daily tasks with higher efficiency and a new type of “dual-teacher classroom” can be defined. Artificial intelligence educational robots can undertake part of the teacher’s daily tasks and provide a personalized classroom model of learning services. In the new “dual-teacher classroom,” data is indispensable to achieve personalized learning and teaching. The amount of data generated every day on school campuses is substantial, which also means cloud computing platforms and big data analysis platforms are needed. This is where artificial intelligence and SaaS coming into play. After the artificial intelligence educational robot acquires data from various sensors, intelligent mobile terminals, pads, mobile phones, wearable devices, and other collection devices can store the data internally. It then sends a service request to the cloud platform where the data can be processed and analyzed. The artificial intelligence educational robot visualizes the data, presents it to teachers and students, and caches the real-time data locally. After class, the artificial intelligence educational robot can upload the processed and valuable data to the cloud computing platform for later use. This progress not only optimizes the data cleaning work on the cloud computing platform but also ensures the effectiveness and accuracy of the data analysis results. It also protects the data security of teachers and students. Moreover, the artificial intelligence educational robot can analyze both the students and teaching content in the pre-class stage. According to different classes, the use of knowledge graph technology and data analysis can provide teachers with a comprehensive learning report of the classroom. Teachers can understand the stratification of the class and the details of each type of student, also a qualitative and quantitative understanding of the learning situation based on their judgments. In the classroom, artificial intelligence educational robots can track and analyze the data generated in student learning activities and give direct feedback to the teacher, making the entire class’s analysis more accurate. 

4. Summary:

Generally speaking, the development of modern society has promoted a close relationship between SaaS and artificial intelligence. Like the case of dual teacher classroom, the development between artificial intelligence and SaaS boosts the quality of life in the modern world. Although there are still many difficulties to face in development, there will be more examples like “dual-teacher classroom, which will make the high-intelligence era beckon to us.
